The lounge heywood

Very poor quality nails,they look like I’ve done them myself. And not happy with my highlights as well,even if It was my 40th birthday and I wanted to feel special. I will never use their service again and I am very sorry that instead of feeling special I felt disappointed.

I booked in for classic lashes and they look amazing - I would definitely recommend for good quality and price.

I didn't get the young ladies name but she was lovely & friendly the Salon is nicely decorated,also very reasonably priced,will definitely go back.

Made a mess of my eyebrows, do not recommend my eyebrows look like slugs. Had to pluck them and sort the tint out myself when I got home, then ended up going to another place to get them sorted. I no longer have the shape I used to, disappointing

Such a relaxed, unpretentious happy chatty atmosphere. Ladies here are lovely and friendly. I felt welcomed and chilled and very pampered. all sorts of treatments available and I had a fun time here today. Thankyou Carolyn and Dan for a ladies afternoon with giggles, bloke free and a couple of hours of bliss and chin wag and I love my nails and tan. ThankyouSalon highly recommended by me!!

Visited the salon a little over a week ago now. I honestly would not recommend. My experience left me walking back to my car in tears. On arrival i was asked to take a seat, no one offered to take my coat, nor any refreshments, and more importantly no hand sanitizer, which i might add, staff did not use between clients either. They said to another customer that arrived after me that they had double booked and would be with her asap, so i waited for approx 40 mins before being seen. I was meant to be having highlights and a cut and blow and also gel nails. She started on the highlights, which were on for longer than necessary, and were not as many foils as I've had previously, she said she would put a toner on, which didn't happen either. I was meant to be having the nails done in between which didn't happen as one of the nail ladies disappeared and the other was attending to a regular. The cut lasted all of 3 minutes, wasn't what i asked for, was rushed and left uneven, and the finish was rushed as her boyfriend was calling telling her to hurry as he was taking her to an appointment. on closer inspection after washing and redoing my hair when i got home, the highlights were uneven and far far far from the root. There was an offer on for a cut and blow for £15, i paid £50 which meant the highlights were £35. I don't feel i got what i paid for. I've had far better experiences from salons in the past, and i visited this one as I'm new to the area, needless to say i would not return to this establishment. The girl that did my hair seemed friendly enough, albeit rushed due to the double booking and conversation was all about her troubles with her landlord. I know times are stressful, but there's a time and a place to complain and it's not to a paying customer. The other staff honestly didn't smile back when i smiled at them.

My nails weren,t what i asked for. They were wonky, uneven, bumpy, she pretended to cut my cuticles and they started coming off after 2 days.

Just had my lips done here and the women who did them was brilliant and they look fab.Made me feel really safe and was very profestional.Thank you I will be back and 100% recommend x
