i don’t usually do reviews but i have been to numerous places in norwich to get a tint and wax and as a ginger girl no one seems to be able to do the right colour however this lady was brilliant she shaped my eyebrows better than anyone has and the customer service was brilliant i recommend

Has usually been okay, went recently to get an eyebrow wax, the lady appeared to be new and has waxed skin of both sides of my face which has never happened before. Also overpriced

I have been coming for over a year and have always had great service and lovely brows. Thank you to Gini and Niha who helped me with my henna brows, I love the outcome and will be back again.

Unwelcoming when I walked in to the salon. Waited a few mins while the woman was doing another woman’s brows next to me. When the woman was finished doing the lady’s brows she was aware she had to do mine next and looked at me and sighed loudly. I felt like an unconventional at that point and when asking me what I wanted in a monotone voice, I felt awkward. She wasn’t polite or engaging with me like she was to the woman next to me while I was waiting. I could sense as she was doing my brows that she didn’t want to do them, she was doing them as quick as she could and by that point I was glad when she was done. I didn’t even care how they looked when she was finished and she didn’t ask me if I wanted to see my brows like she did the other woman she just quickly showed me the mirror and that was it while still speaking in a monotone manner and not how she engaged pleasantly with the lady next to me.

Made an appointment but turned up to be turned away or wait 45 minutes. Unable to communicate clearly with lady working there with her limited English language. Putting that aside, their other salon fitted me in after 15 minutes and did a relatively good job. Think this place is like marmite. Good luck.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a good experience I had to share. Came in today as a walk in for eyebrow threading and was seen quickly even though it was busy. They did a fantastic job and were patient with me. I’ll be back!

Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, staff very professional and friendly would recommend. They do a lot of other treatments, not just threading.

Just had my 2nd body waxing here! Everything was great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Niha did a great job with me! Very happy with the results.

I went for a face wax on Saturday and the lady who did my face wax RIPPED the skin off my face and did not stop to tell me what had happened. I have now been left with scabs on my face which are extremely sore! She did apologise after all 3 however should have stopped after the first one. I think she was training, but I was not informed of this beforehand. Do not recommend this place!

I have used Taz's beauty bar for a few years and I had another lash lift with them today. They are always accommodating to walk in customers and the manager is especially kind and it is clear she cares a lot about providing the best service and ensuring that all treatments provided are up to a high standard. I have recommended to plenty of friends and family and will continue to do so.
