I was lucky enough to be recommended this estate agency by a friend just as I was about to put my home on the market. I had been disenchanted with recent reports from others who had struggled to sell recently using either the traditional long-standing companies in the area or the new breed of more digitally focussed agencies that have sprung up in the last few years. They all complained of lack-lustre performances as soon as the vendors had agreed to go with them and I knew I wanted to sell my property quickly and for its true value.The minute I met Jayne I knew we were on the same page with that and there was no persuasion from her to start high and drop the price later or play a long game. We agreed on what a realistic price was and advertised it as 'offers above.' She gave me a truly personal service, really listening to what was important to me. She or her team do all the viewings themselves and there were no nasty hidden extras, she quoted me a sensible fixed price which I was happy with and gave me good advice about preparing the property for viewings.As it happens, the property was snapped up in under a week, but that was not the end of it as far as Jayne was concerned. She was able to suggest a conveyancing solicitor who was quick, efficient and communicative, when I needed a handyman to do a few repairs she knew one and she also found me a team of cleaners at short notice. She or her partner, George, stayed in touch with me throughout the process and never made me feel that I was a nuisance to them. This is a company I cannot praise highly enough, the satisfaction factor is 11 out of 10.
