Great cinema with extremely friendly and helpful staff, who really seem to be cinema lovers themselves! Prices are high, but with Omnipass you can see every movie for just £10 making it incredibly good value. Events specifically for Omnipass holders are always great fun, making the monthly subscription go even further. More of these in the future would be brilliant. The recliner seats in every screen ensure that no matter which movie you choose, it'll be the same level of comfort.A random perk is that despite tickets being digital, staff have been incredibly accommodating with helping me get my tickets printed to keep for scrapbooking, which I think really highlights their friendliness and willingness to support loyal customers.There is always lots of free parking available.Remember to order your snacks at the screens, as it's no longer possible to pay at the tills - staff have been very apologetic about this, but it is the new system that Omniplex has in place.

Disappointing Experience at Carrick CinemaI visited Carrick Cinema with my wife last Friday to watch the latest Tom Cruise epic, Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One". This was a movie we were very much looking forward to

Can only be described as chaotic! In a queue, get to front sorry cash is taken at a different til, 4 feet away, leave said queue pay by cash for condiments then rejoin 1st queue to collect condiments. Feel for parents with young children navigating the whole thing.

Similar to ever other Omniplex cinema in the chain. It has a ticket booth, food and drinks counter. Most of the theatres have the comfy electric reclining seats. The sound is good with good degree of 3D depth (if they film recorded correctly). Always enjoy what I watch here.

I am not able to book a movie via my Omnipass APP. The answer in the Cinema is just call the customer care to help. I am now the 5th time in the queue. Timer is running. 35min already. Service is very poor or even not available. I thought it might be a good idea to go there. I think i will not go there any more.

Great staff,easy parking it's clean and comfortable I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Used to love it here, was always a great cinema experience, even paid for the membership.In the past couple of years it's become an unenjoyable and overly expensive trip. Can't even purchase food at the counter, what a waste of time, got sent out of the queue to use a self service machine with no receipt roll left then had to join the queue again. Toilets were filthy.

Terrible customer service. Badly organised. Arrived early for movie but ended up being late due to poor service at the till

Invested in the Omnipass, which is good value even if you just see 1 film a month. Recliners top off the experience for a good wee night.
