Cycleshack

As my local Trek retailer, I went to Cycleshack with a ton of questions. The staff were helpful, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. They explained everything in clear English. A fantastic local bike shop.

They are great for repairs, new bikes and accessories. Helpful and friendly team.

Amazing service and communication on the order of my bike which took 14 months to arrive from the manufacturer. The wait was very worth it and Danny and Brad were brilliant instore getting the bike set-up and ready for collection. The guys at Cycleshack are extremely knowledgeable, honest and you can tell they are giving genuine best advice and they actually care. I would highly recommended them! Thanks guys!

Took my bike in for a basic service with some specific things needing attention (brake pads). Wasn’t provided a quote was told there were different levels of service but no indication of what these included. I asked for level 1 service. Upon paying was charged for level 2.Very poor communication regarding what is being done indexed against price. Would not recommend.

I've always had great service from Cycle Shack, Lewes when purchasing large items in the past. This time we only wanted a bell for my granddaughter's balance bike but this was no problem - they took the time to make sure we had a bell that fit perfectly the small handlebars on her bike. Made a little girl very happy - not sure about the parents! Great service.from a great team. Highly recommended.

We bought our first eMTB from Cycle Shack. Placing the order, communication, setup and delivery were all brilliant.They've handled a warranty claim for us recently. No hassle, good communication and it was resolved quickly.They sell quality products and have the skills, service and care to back them up.There are very few places that I would wholeheartedly recommend, but Cycle Shack in Lewes needs a special mention.Thank you to Danny and the team for what you do. You have built an impressive bike shop.

My Trek Rail e-bike stopped working for the first time! I took it to Lewis Cycle shack because I had heard good things and didn’t want to cut corners as the bike was an expensive purchase. My bike was kept in for a week. They advised I needed a level 2 service and new Bosch Motor covered under Warranty. They carried out extensive work to my bike, and I got the bike back two days early. All appears to be working and rides tight like brand new! Staff are very friendly and I’m very pleased with the service I received on my pride and joy. When visiting a bike shop you hope that staff are interested in your bike and want to help in ensuring it is up to standard with maintenance and overall health. I feel that customer relations was very strong in this department I feel I can bring my bike back here in the future. Cheers, Harvey

My commuter’s wheel needed new bearings fitted, as I work Mon-Sat could only pop in after work on Saturday and got it fixed in no time - much appreciated fast and reliable job. I used to run bike shop myself so hugely appreciate knowledge and very helpful staff - I’ll be back!
