Conservatory Base Company

Cannot thank this company enough. Excellent service throughout. Bought my new conservatory with a Durabase. Arrived on time and put up in 3 days by my husband. Technical downloads on their website were most helpful. Thank you so much.

Having just had a Durabase conservatory installed at my premisesI could not be more pleased. From signing the contract to seeing the finished job everything went like clockwork thanks to the very nice staff and the installation team. I would recommend the company to anyone.Steve

I can't fault any part of my dealings with this company I dealt with jaci from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble for her, I told her what I wanted and my design was done and quote given. It wasn't my cheapest quote but the middle quote it was and accepted, conservatory was delivery as planned early as I asked for and with 1 week I build it. And everything is perfect

From ordering and designing to fitting and building.The team who work at the conservatory base company are extremely friendly and patient, as I think I’d changed my mind on sizes like 100 times. Thank you to Jaci and Jeannie you are a credit to your company.The team who came out to fit it were amazing. They were very friendly answered loads of my questions, worked really hard and didn’t rush the project, they took their time and made sure all was working and right before leaving.With in a week we had a brand new amazing conservatory and we absolutely love it.It’s our quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after a hard day at work.We been using it for about a month and a half now and all has been brilliant.Once again thank you all.

Possibly the worst type of company you could ever come across. The first occasion our conservatory was delivered, the fitter looked at it and told us it was sub standard and everything needed to be sent back and replaced. On arrival and fitting of the second conservatory, shortly after we discovered it leaks badly. The fitter has since gone bankrupt and we’ve just had to deal with the multiple more leaks that have sprung over the last 3 1/2 years. The leaking isn’t the worst part. A few days ago, one of the inner panels of glass shattered randomly. The glass left deep gouges in the furniture underneath, god knows what it would have done to an infant playing in the room. Thankfully we weren’t sat in the conservatory at the time, or I fear we would have been left with horrible wounds. The worst bit is when you get on the phone with them and you’re faced with the nasty little diva on the other end, who seems to be allergic to talking to people with respect.

This company should be avoided by anyone who wants a quality product and to be treated with common courtesy. The above review written by Ed Andersson was submitted by my grandson. His mother is the person who actually paid for the conservatory which was purchased in 2019. Everything my grandson wrote is factual and reflects the experience we had as a family trying to get a signed contract honoured. The company have my email address and I would like to hear what they have to say about the latest development which, as my grandson says, could have caused serious injury, even death. NO EXAGGERATION!!

Cannot pass on enough praise and compliments for the whole experience. From date of order to completion everyone was very helpful. Base and conservatory arrived on the expected date. Wayne and Zak (our fitters) were there to receive the delivery.Within 4 days we had our conservatory and a few laughs along the way.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!Terrible experience from start untill so called finish.The company seem ok on the surface and all went ok untill the installers arrived on site.From the start they clearly didnt want to be there to do the job. The workmanship was poor and the time it took to install the conservatory on a durabase was ridiculous.Any problems you have with the installation you are supposed to sort out yourself with the installers. The companys attitude changes once you have paid them for materials.The main man from the install company who wasnt on site during our job attended several times to attempt to rectify issues,which he failed to do. Due to the stress and worry caused by this we suggested a small reduction in his fee for this. His attitude then changed and he threatened to take the conservatory down and remove it from our property.He then reluctantly accepted a slightly smaller reduced amount.We have now been left with a conservatory we are not happy with.The conservatory base company keep offering to send them back to rectify the issues, but the install team are clearly not capable of anything but trying to bodge up their own substandard work.At the time of writing this we are still in dispute with the company regarding the best way to proceed.

We had our house completely reglazed (bungalow), a new front door and a small conservatory. To say we are delighted with the transformation it has made to our little house is an understatement. The conservatory base company were fantastic throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give a minus star rating I would. Everything was dreadful from the very start with these awful people. My conservatory has leaked from day one. They don't care. Most recently a panel of ceiling glass exploded into thousands of pieces and fell all over my dining table. I called them and spoke with their representative who is rudeness personified. They fob you off constantly. Nothing is their responsibilty and they have no intention of sorting out any issues, ever. This is my experience but perhaps I was just unlucky. Not. Please beware. These are not honest or plesant people to deal with. About to take my case to Trading Standards after yet another abusive and dismissive interaction.
