Food quality has really deteriorated which is so upsetting because this is my go to place. Ordered my usual pesto pasta on Friday and headed back to the office only to find my pasta sitting in a puddle of oil and grease with clumps of pesto sauce. Will not be returning. Vapiano is around the corner.

The place has gone downhill in terms of food quality, taste and service. Complete apathy from staff. They simply don't give a damn.

This is a fast food Italian restaurant with limited outdoor seating and four tables of indoor seating. The service was fast, and the food was average. I had mushrooms in white sauce with penne pasta. There are choices of condiments ex. truffle oil and chilly flakes.

The quality of Coco has gone down significantly in the last year. Their pasta no longer has flavour and it feels like eating rubber dipped in watery cheese. Waste of money!

I go here regularly but yesterday ordered the wrong pasta on the machine in error and straight away went to the front to ask if I could swap it - the chef said he had 'already made it' and i couldn't swap - despite them being so busy that the order i had placed definitely wasn't made yet, and if it was it would've been gone within minutes if he had just put it to the side and given it to the next person that ordered it.. :/

Frantic experience, moody staff behind the counter, other staff screaming out pasta orders with customers ignoring them, and ridiculous prices for what you get. Charging 50p for 5 olives to be added to your pasta. Quite simply, avoid!

Overall: 4/5Good quick lunch meal option. If you are a lover of truffles you must try the truffle oil condiment - it has a strong taste and smell that will brighten up your meal.
