Elite Nails - Ruislip

Absolutely love this place! A very friendly atmosphere & no design is ever too much trouble. My nail acrylics have lasted 3 months still without breakage and I always leave the salon happy. They offer complimentary beverages and are happy to help with advice on nail treatment. Delighted that I gave this place a try!

I never normally leave reviews but this was my 3rd visit and I again I am super happy with my nails and the service. Very attentive and kind staff who offer drinks and check you are comfortable each step . I felt listened too, as I’m - little anxious about thin nails and filing. Most importantly, the gel polish manicure has withstood all the ‘carnage’ I have inflicted on my hands and they did the best French manicure I have ever had, by hand. I would recommend.

Have had 4 visits to Elite nails, and prior to my fourth visit I was an extremely happy customer, the whole experience was excellent with nothing to complain about.I went in on Thursday 27th April for a simple shellac for my nails, originally asked for clear as going on holiday and just wanted a nice shine and clean looking nails.I’m not sure what they said, but one laughed to the other, both male… then I decided to go with an opi colour that I liked called Bossa Nova, I asked if they had this and they gave me their nail colours to look at, which are just numbers and also I didn’t have my glasses on.Anyway one of the males came back with a polish said it was the Bossa nova…After I left shop I felt all my nails feeling rough at the tips so went back in to have them smoothed with the filer. Once I got to work not convinced I had the colour I requested.I googled Bossa nova and it’s completely not that colour… I will be going back in on Bank holiday Monday to explain my situation also to have a pedicure done before I fly out on Tuesday morning.What it feels like is, when they open up a new shop your getting top notch service in turn we recommend and word of mouth along with great service they get really busy BUT then they lose the incentive they had at the beginning, im sure then there are staff not fully qualified to carry out basics like I had Thursday.Whatch out elite nails, your only as good as your last recommendation or review…

Horrible experience yesterday. My nail tech was so rough removing my cuticles that half of them were bleeding and i had to tell him to stop repeatedly. He then tried to carry on but I eventually had to walk out. My nail beds are raw and bloodied now and there is also left over blood mixed in with the small amount of gel polish he was able to put on my nails. I never usually have to ask my nail tech to soak my cuticles as they can already see they are tough but from now on I’m definitely going to ask them to do this. I was also telling someone else about my experience yesterday and a woman overheard and also said this happened to her so its not the first time they’ve done this! Such a shame to have this experience here as I usually love going to this shop but honestly I won’t be recommending it or returning.

Have been to this salon 5 times now and every time you are greeted with a smile and friendly faces. I normally get biab and my nails have become so strong, healthy and long. One of my nails did chip after a few days and when I messaged it was no hassle, straight in today and fixed with no charge by the lovely Tracey who honestly is such a perfectionist and I felt like I was in such good hands. Don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!!

Nails were alright but they were SO rude. Moved my hand the tiniest bit and the guy was so aggressive and fully shouted at me. Had a cut above my nail which I asked him repeatedly not to touch and he kept pushing it down almost felt like he was doing it deliberately because of the amount of times I asked him not to touch it? Also paid £35 for a pedicure which lasted for 5 minutes lol don’t waste your money felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome

Inexperienced tech completely ruined by nails. I was getting shellac done at the time which is supposed to be removed by soaking as I didn’t want to damage my nails like I did in the past with gel. The tech stated filing the top of my nails heavily. When I asked to please stop and explained my reasons he apologised and went back to soaking my nails. After the second soak, he started filing my nails again. In the meantime what I presume was the manager, stood behind him the whole time without doing much apart from translating. They also asked me if I wanted a manicure and after I saw someone using the tools on another client and my tech just about to grub the same without any sterilisation, I promptly said no! It felt unhygienic and completely unprofessional. Worst nail experience in my life.

The best place for nail treatment. I love it.handred percent I recommend it.
