Siobhann and her team, from the outset, have provided exceptional service.Siobhann listened to our requirements, came up with some great design concepts, designed a kitchen that met our specifications aligning with our budget, resulting in a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Her patience and commitment to our project was second to none. She was always extremely friendly, approachable, returned calls and emails quickly and never gave the impression that anything was too much trouble. Her knowledge and advice in terms of materials, colours, textures and finishes were invaluable.Siobhann retained a keen interest throughout the installation by Sam Turner of ST Joinery who was very efficient, reliable and whose work was of a high standard. We are thrilled with the final result. Thank you both.

Kutchenhaus Newark handled the project quite well. Unfortunately we’re not too happy about the quality of the units and appliances.We went for a Matt colour and after being assured it would be finger print safe it’s definitely not, we also went for Matt AEG ovens and again they always look grubby with finger prints.We purchased this kitchen for our new home, the home we moved from and the kitchen we had was half the price and it was no worse or indeed no better.Our previous kitchen was by Benchmark and the appliances was Neff, honestly believe that the Neff appliances was far superior.All in all , Sam who installed the kitchen was faultless but the kitchen was a little disappointing.After a visit from Siobhan it seems that we never received the kitchen care package and we was probably using the wrong cleaning clothes and agents, we’ll see how it goes now!

I brought a property to renovate that's wasn't on the small side! Soon as I had my plans from the architect jodie and siobhan knew my vision straight away! They designed what I can only call a DREAM kitchen, they came to site whenever I needed them and explained everything into such detail and provided me with everything i could need for ky forever home. Once the design was finished it went to production and everything was super smooth with communication and all time frames was kept including delivery, worktop templating and fitting. I can't honestly recommend them enough for professionalism communication and just all round so amazing for being there for such a big purchase it has been worth every penny not just for the kitchen but for the service. I am so pleased with my kitchen. The units are of exceptional quality and design. Brilliant customer service from the team, tweaking the design when necessary and giving lots of advice regarding colour and space.

Firstly I would to say how helpful and professional the staff were, they put us at ease and throughout the contract they were available and competent. The quality of the goods could not be beaten, although slightly more expensive then other quotes, you get what you pay for, and quality could be seen in the kitchen appliances. We had our own installers, so cannot comment on other companies who install kitchen’s. Overall we were extreme happy with the service, quality of the products supplied, and have had great feedback from family and friends who have seen our new kitchen.

Absolutely fantastic service from Siobhann and the team. A really good and innovative design provided for our kitchen and she really listened to what we did / didn’t want. I fitted the kitchen myself and the team in the branch were very happy to provide advice and tips. There are videos on YouTube to help but the instructions provided are really good once you get your head around European pictograms! The quality of the product is absolutely excellent and was actually cheaper than the equivalent from Wren. We ordered Silestone worktops which were very laser-measured very professionally and installed beautifully. There are 2x joins in the worktops which you can hardly see or feel.Kutchenhaus is a fabulous company to deal with. Like most things in life you get what you pay for. You will find cheaper with a flat-pack kitchen from B&Q but the quality of my kitchen is far better. The service we received was second to none, with deliveries and worktop installation being done exactly as promised. They couldn’t have done more for us.I can absolutely recommend Kutchenhaus and the team in the Newark branch are fantastic.

Right from the moment I stepped into the Newark showroom, I felt welcomed and valued. There was no hard sell and I was never rushed to make decisions. The whole process from initial discussions and computer images of my potential new kitchen to delivery and the installation team, I cannot fault. There was a problem with a door front being delivered in the wrong colour but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Throughout, I was kept informed and updated and never felt ‘out of the loop’.I am so delighted with the kitchen. The whole thing oozes quality from the appliances, cabinet/worktop materials to how everything opens/closes. It really has the wow factor! Everything is so easy to use and keep clean. No unsightly finger marks etc. It loses none of its practicality to look good. The cupboards come with lots of shelves which makes them very versatile. I love the built in lights on the wall cupboards!! The layout designed by Siobhann works so well and has created a real heart of the home kitchen we all want to be in! Thank you so much!

Fantastic kitchens! Kutchenhaus can't be beaten on quality, detail and design. The Newark branch was recommended to me by a friend so I'm passing on the recommendation.Nothing is too much trouble for Siobhann and the team in Newark, they are honest, supportive and take the stress out of planning and buying a new kitchen. The level of customer service is impeccable and it's a pinch myself moment every time I look at my amazing new kitchen. If you want the best, look no further.

From start to finish Kutchenhaus Newark have been fantastic!Siobhann designed our kitchen several times as we changed ideas, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was delivered well packaged and was of excellent quality. Much better quality than other well know brands and everything made to measure, we had looked at several competitors before making our decision. Also no 50% off gimmicks, just quality at a great price. Great kitchen, great service, would highly recommend a visit.
