The Intro to Project Management workshop was brilliant, very practical and we learnt so many new skills, and useful templates to take back into the workplace to support our work based projects. Tom the trainer was excellent, very engaging and made it fun and easy to understand how these new found skills could be used in everyday life as well as back in the business

I recently undertook the ILM Level 4 Programme which I found most useful.The trainer was excellent, the course intensive but fun and I can already see the benefits of applying the learning in my current role.It certainly provided a great deal of information and a huge variety of topics were covered which I feel will greatly assist in my own growth and development alongside the management and development of individuals within my team.The team at Total Excellence were helpful and quick to respond, there were adequate resources and the classroom based learning over 4 days, along with a large number of modules and two Assignments to complete alongside working, was not always easy, but patience and persistence paid off and I am delighted with my results.

I would HIGHLY recommend Executive coaching . I have been in Senior Management for 6 years and i had a 'light bulb' moment after my first session. I have only just scratched the surface but already see and feel the difference in my leadership. I will continue to learn and develop through Total Excellence and I cannot thank Julie enough for the coaching and techniques I have learned.

Attended the 'Presenting with Impact' course lead by Tom. It was professionally delivered with a charasmtic and enjoyable vibe. Some people were nervous on the course and Tom diffused that with humour and anecdotes that are relevant and based on his many years as an experienced trainer and presenter. I will be requesting additional courses to attend as i gained so much from this course and engaged with Tom's style and character.

I attended the Presenting with Impact course which was brilliant! This was a small group from different industries which worked well. The tutor, Tom, was engaging and made the sessions very interactive. I came away having learnt so much about myself and how I can improve future presentations. The whole experience from booking the course to attending the course was very easy and I would thoroughly recommend Total Excellence.

Fantastic 2 day 'Train the trainer' delivered by Tom. Sessions were interactive, fun and meaningful. Will be able to improve my training delivery for sure.

The 'Presenting with Impact' course was really great! I left with a bunch of tips, tricks and tools to calm my nerves and transmit my presentation/message more effectively and more confidently. Tom, the tutor, was really informative, humorous, and made us all feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to make an impact with their speaking - whether roundtables, to the team or board, or standing on stage presenting.

I have done quite a few courses with Total Excellence Centre and all of them have been fantastic - hence the 5 stars. Delivered really well by very knowledgeable and friendly trainers, I recommend that anyone who wants to improve their skills in the areas offered doesn't hesitate in doing a course with them. I will be doing another soon no doubt.
