I went in with my daughter for a delicious gingerbread latte. I sat and wrote a few cards out after the assistant kindly lent me a pen.There was a little boy on the table next to ours and he was a real credit to his mum, very bright and polite.Of the two Costa's in Hornchurch that one is my favourite as the staff are more relaxed.

Nice shop, nice and clean! Food and drink is great! Only thing is it's not got as much seating as the one 2 minutes away but does the job! If it's busy it could be hard to find a table/seat.

I love the coffee, I love the atmosphere and especially the friendliness of the staff. They are always inviting and helpful. The coffee is always fresh, rich tasting and best of all, affordable. It's a great place to go on a nice day or night to enjoy a cup.

A couple of us wanted something refreshing due to it being slightly warm that day and ended up going to Costa...The place itself was like any other from its chain, the service was fine but for some reason, the drinks they purchased wasn't as good as they expected and one was thrown away after a handful of sips.Getting here via public transport, Emerson Park (Overground), Hornchurch/Upminster Bridge (District line/Hammersmith & City) or the 165, 193, 248, 256, 370 and 372 for Hornchurch Town Centre (Stop G).

Thanks to the wonderful baristas at this well run Costa, I manage to start my day right. Greeted with a smile and always remember my order. Coffee made to perfection! Thank you for helping me feel a bit more human in the morning.

My family come to this Costa for one reason, Loneta !She is an absolute credit to this shop.Remembers your order is always happy and smiling. Most importantly she makes the biggest fuss over my three and one year old children. My daughter actually asks to come here for a “chinno” to see her friend.

A great thanks to Loneta and her team for the outstanding service they provided. Apart of the coffee which was sublime, the professionalism in this particular branch is pretty impressive. In my opinion, the best coffee shop in the area BY FAR.
