Phone Junkies

My partner spent £240 on a replacement screen 10 months ago only for it to completely detach this week allowing water ingress destroying the phone. He emailed Phone Junkies who responded to say “drop it in any time” after he asked for it to be fixed. On arrival they completely refused to look at it suggesting the warranty was only 3 months.Upon agreeing the warranty was 12 months they found every excuse under the sun as to why it wouldn’t be covered.I could go into so much more detail but would simply advise you do not deal with this company.We have now reported to trading standards due to having no response to our subsequent emails.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.not happy about even giving 1 star this shop is run by a bunch of cowboys, I paid £140 for a samsung screen replacement only to have it break with a week. They then refused to honour the 3 month warranty and tried to say I had broken the phone. Disgusting behaviour. I am reporting to trading standards and taking further to try and reclaim my money.

They fixed my screen but was REALLY glitchy, and I paid an extra £10 for them to give me a full coverage" screen protector

Feel annoyed to have to give any stars at all!Absolutely appalling service. I spent £240 on a replacement screen and when the screen detached from the phone within the 12 month warranty I was refused a repair.Firstly I was told it was just a 3 month warranty and then i must have damaged the phone as it was not working".When they finally admitted it was a 12 month warranty they tried to say that the warranty would only be valid if the "screen" was still working....apparently even if the screen repair became detached "the screen would still work"??? Absolute refusal to investigate or accept any responsibility.I travelled 40 miles to visit the store based upon an email from them saying "drop it in any time" after I emailed describing the issue......within 10 seconds of arrival I was fobbed off!Significant cost of repair in the first instance yet once an issue occurs they are no more than a back street junk shop! Ironic eh!When I asked to speak to the manager I was refused but asked to email the generic email....no reply to my concerns after doing this!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!PS they respond to my Google review with false claims and yet they are unable to respond to a single email directly????"

Happy to respond to a 1 star review on Google with false information but never respond to emails and refuse to accept any responsibility for shoddy workmanship.In process of reporting to Trading Standards….AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Had my sons phone screen repaired. We're offered excellent service and done quickly.

Came in to get the smashed the back of my phone fixed and through there were store renovations taking place, Sijo did everything he could to get it fix it for me that day! Great service and happy customer :)
