Absolute shocking customer care. Did not provide proof we were allowed to attend a funeral during Covid times, despite asking for it and them saying they would provide it.During the service they made my Brother and sister in law sit on separate rows from their two sons. Who, even in Covid times, splits up a family during the funeral of their mother/grandmother??When a family member went to pick up the ashes, they a made a series of ill adviced 'jokes' ranging from I hope these are the right ashes" to the truly unbelievable "Here's your mam
