Northern Accident Repair Centre

Went this afternoon at 2.00pm to get a estimate for repairs to my vehicle for the insurance company. Found the staff very polite and very professional and curtious and very helpful, car not been repaired yet booked in after a month once the repairs have been done I will leave another review.

The final paint finish on the vehicle was very poor, it looked like the surface of an orange from multiple angles. The only reason I accepted the car was due to it being a lease car which was due to be returned and I would have incurred further costs from the lesser. If this had been my own vehicle I would have definitely requested that the paint be reapplied.

Friendly staff. cant view the work shop. ( no real big issue ).At the depot I visited..? My visit was dealt with straight away .And I was on my way home ..Another satisfied customer.!!!!!

Sent here via insurance and the repair has been VERY poor.Car was returned without lights being fixed, and with paint like orange peel.Took back to rectify and they have polished so much that it has burnt the paint, and edges/corners a disgrace.As soon as a jet wash gets on that it's going to lift the paint away even more.Twice they have had the car and twice they have thought that they have given it back in an acceptable condition.

We recieved the courtesy vehicle in dirty condition. This was noted by the company and we were assured we wouldn't be charged for cleaning upon return. However upon returning the vehicle we were told we have a duty of care to the next customer and you could have at least had it valeted"!!! The receptionist was quite rude to me about the matter. The manager did however agree to "let us off".My own car was returned vacuumed but the back seats were filthy and there was a scuff in the back of the drivers seat which was not there before.For these reasons I cannot recommend this repair centre.However

Northern accident have had the car. 90 days and still not completed. I was told to contact the insurance company to see if changes could be made on parts A job they should have done not the customer which made delays in parts I am the named spokesman for the owner.
