RP Rooflines

Part 2. You can see the pictures of another post of the 14k worth of damage done to the roof. I had a nice call from the owner. A very pleasant and genuine guy. He was genuinely shocked about the horrific job his son had done. Said he hadn't seen anything so awful before. Kindly offered to correct it but I declined saying that I had already contacted someone else. I said they could give me my money back, but no luck so farHere are some pictures of other work they were clamed to be experts at. 1400 quid to fix and complete work on this one.I got the company off rated people. I contacted them and said they were appalled by the standard of work

14k worth of damage. They have left the roof totally destroyed. They have cemented in coping stones and they are type that don't need it. Cement already dropping out after a few days! Wonky pot, but slab not installed... as it was too heavy. Ignore the 40 year guarantee...

Really quick and clear communication. We were looking to get our chimney repointed. The guys came out straight away and gave a quote and started the works on the first bit of good weather in December. Really reasonable price and great service. Would definitely recommend.

Had these guys round to sort out a leak coming in through my roof where my felt had perished. They were able to patch it up quickly and for cheep so no complaints. They done a great job and were very professional, Thanks guys.

I contacted Ryan and his team because one of my ridge tiles had blown off in the strong winds, I got 3 quotes together and decided to go with Ryan. He was able to quote me a really competitive price and get a perfect job done, he also sorted out a couple of minor issues free of charge for me. He and his team were very polite and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Avoid!!! Will do a poor job take your money and Run. I asked them to repair and reseal some leaking lead on my roof didn't even seal it properly it was full of gaps and air bubbles. As soon as it rained water poured in once again. I was promised a refund they said they would give me one. I have since chased them for a month or more as to where my refund is I keep getting given pathetic excuses every time a different excuse as to why have not had my refund they took 450 pounds off me for the worst work my insurance company's ever seen. They had 1 job seal the lead they didn't do it. They took 450 quid for a shoddy cowboy job and ran. Avoid.

I called out RP Rooflines for an emergency when I noticed water pouring through my extension roof, I called up at 5:45 on a Sunday and the lads were round on the tools within 20 minutes, sorted the leak out at a good price and were extremely friendly and professional, would recommend them to anyone

I highly recommend RP Rooflines! After storm Eunice struck I had a leak into my guest bedroom however with one call ryan and his team came next day and found the problem and promptly fixed it for me on the same day for very reasonable and fair price.Would recommend if you want a professional team of roofers that doesn’t take months to book like other roofers.
