Went for a free hearing test and Sadie said that I should go to my GP for a referral as my hearing was bad for someone of my age.Turns out I have a tumour that is now being monitored with MRI scans.Great to see a service not solely centered on making money and that patient safety plays a part in decision making.Thank you

I was visited at home by one of the representatives. The guy was disorganised and, in my view, arrogant. The hearing test barely lasted 5 minutes and was not as thorough as the several I have had elsewhere. I was interested in having a trial in order to compare with my NHS hearing aid. The company were unable to provide any decent paperwork regarding the trial. It was more like a contract for actually buying an aid. This was not what I was promised over the phone. The hearing aid suggested for me was promised to sync with my android phone, however when I requested the specifications it was clear by the branding that it was specifically designed for iPhones. Overall I am concerned with the attitude of this organisation and would hate to think of them working with older, vulnerable adults. I got a trial with a competitor. Much better service! Shop around.
