Brilliant from start to finish. Steve Sparkes was really helpful in selecting the right carpets that we wanted and the lady and man fitting team were top notch. The stair carpet was a difficult task but was expertly done. The carpet is great quality. We are really pleased and we can highly recommend. Thank you, Philip and Janine

These guys are extremely professional, very friendly and did an amazing job of laying Lino in our kitchen and bathroom within 45 minutes. Left the place immaculate and took away the leftover lino with them. Would highly highly recommend these guys.

Very nice and quick job fitting the carpets. Also staff from the shop were very helpful with all the questions.The only 'con' is they left the spares of the carpets at home without asking if we wanted them (maybe an honest mistake?).Very good service overall though.

Absolutely loved my experience at the shop! Khan was very professional and helped me pick out the perfect carpet I needed for my lounge! Couldn't recommend him enough! Will be back soon! Wish more sales people were like him! Deserves a pay rise for sure!

Karpet Kingdom completely bodged my Mum's carpet fitting. The workmanship was poor, they didn't tuck the carpets in around the skirting boards very well. The rooms were measured incorrectly so they added in extra strips of carpet to fill the gaps. Cuts around the door frames were sloppy at best. Parts of floor boards were left exposed. They didn't even acknowledge their mistakes on completion. Disgraceful.
