What’s is the point in having a phone in the shop if no one ever picks it up!? Must have a terrible manager or just being lazy.

Great service from the young man that sorted out my problem with my I iPhone 13 that I couldn’t have no access to, very helpful, he helped me about October time. He also managed to cancel the phone contact. The advice he gave was spot on, I was struggling for 2 years with this and he just came in and sorted like that amazing.I apologise that I can’t remember your name all I know he has a black/brown beard and his only been there for 1 year, from that he should know who he is. I believe that he should be the manager or at least a supervisor either way he needs a big pay rise. Thank you for all your help

I wouldn't not recommend three contract sim for anyone because they deduct extra amount in the name of 3 Rd party services from our account after getting our account details without any prior notification ..I am being cheated and lost trust .. Even customer service don't answer appropriately for the same.. in the first month 21 pounds has been deducted where 10 pounds has to be deducted and they refunded 18 pounds after contacting customer service..and they promised it won't happen again but in the next month again they deducted 24 pounds instead of 10..I am really frustrated with sim 3 now.

Would put Zero stars if possible! Couldnt collect I pad from store 5 weeks ago as had on ID which is fir enough. Store then said they would send Ipad back and would get refund. Since then have had too more payments come out from three and customer services claiming the store still has it! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEUPDATE - still no refund Three now claiming someone called Shane in Lowestoft has the i pad and no solution. Just got hung up on again. Steer clear as now £300 down and no i phone! Went to 02 and got one straight away no fuss! I thought it was company issue but turns out lowestoft staff have been helping theirselves to uncollected equipment thanks !

The young lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding and gave me the information that I needed.

I needed some help with my Mother's account after she lost her phone.The woman who served us was EXCELLENT, and made everything so incredibly easy. Less than 10 mins and we left with a new phone and SIM card to replace the one she lost.Thanks mystery woman in a cat mask!

Asked about sim cards for Ukrainian guests. Received a flat 'no'. Did not offer any advice I might have bought one if I had had a better reception.

Three make up information, lie and do not stick to the laws. They are dodgy and I would stay well clear of them.Poor customer service, and con you out of money. Money is all they care about.I will not recommend three to anyone!
