Halliday were an excellent estate to deal with. Lynn and Ian kept us up-to-date regularly and were very proactive selling our property. Halliday Homes has been such a pleasure to work with. Having just moved to the UK and being very new to the rental process, working with Halliday—and Chloe, in particular—took much of the stress out of the whole process. From the outset, Chloe has been helpful, supportive, kind, and available for any and all questions. And I had more than a few since I was entirely unfamiliar with operating the controls for the central heating and hot water, to name a few. Whenever I had any inquiries, Chloe was prompt to respond, and always did whatever she could to help address the situation and expedite the process. While I may have had a few more questions than most, Chloe was always generous with her time and willing to help. While I did unfortunately have to move—sadly not to another of Halliday's properties—Chloe has continued to be helpful, provide guidance, and liaise on my behalf through to the final details.In a time where it's easier than not to find dodgy reviews of different letting agencies and worry as to what you might be getting into, I can say with absolute certainty that you will have nothing but the best service and support from Halliday Homes. As a tenant, I felt assured in their transparency, trustworthiness, and stellar communication. I strongly recommend and commend them as a letting agency. The one thing that held me back from moving was knowing that I wouldn't be working with this great team. But there's no question that they will always be the first place I look when it comes to renting a flat (and hopefully finding a home down the line).
