Thank you Sam! I had 2 weeks of having lots of problems with the o2 call centre and emails whilst getting no where after speaking to lots of different people. I went into the shop, Sam went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. He was so patient and helpful throughout, if only all the o2 staff could be like Sam! Thank you again

I was told in store the only contract available for a Samsung Galaxy a14 was for 3 years with 5 GB of data at £28+ per month at a rough cost of 1000 over 3 years (or 1gb of data for approx. £880) . In 2 minutes at home I found the same phone bought directly from Samsung and a Sim only deal on Uswitch with 02! for 5 pounds a month inc10GB of data. In total the saving over three years is approx. £680 with twice the data! I strongly suggest that people are cautious and do their own research.

A few months ago I walked in I wanted a iPad pro that was around £50 per month on contract, I got a look up and down by the boy on front by door and he basically told me he wouldn't look into it for me as it would be to much for me to afford! Lucky I went to a competitor across the road namely EE and they helped me instead. Thank you o2.

Horrendous company.02 Customer service has minimum 30 minutes wait on the phone. You then get put through to an Indian who is barely able to understand and has a 6 second delay in hearing what you say. Makes for very difficult conversations.Now onto this store in Harlow. They never answer the phone.Glad im out of contract and will be leaving soon.

Traded in my phone in store using O2 recycle. Advised that phone would be sent off the next day. 7 days later O2 haven’t received my phone and have no knowledge of it apart from the receipt the store gave me. Advised I have to contact store myself, but no answer of phone numbers. Even O2 can’t get hold of store. Phone worth over £400 and as the store still have my phone they will not pay for it unless I physically go to the store and ask them to call O2!!!! Terrible service. Shall I also add in 8 1/2 hours away now as I thought I was using a service I could trust by attending the store

Misinformed me told me I could have a month temporary contract without hassle... they did a hard check costing me points on my credit score and to cancel the contract after a month was a painful experience on the phone to a call centre for 2 hours after telling me they could not do it in store... I will never use them again absolute rubbish...

I popped into The Harlow store on Friday 23rd December last week and have to say I was very impressed by the customer service I received. I was greeted by a pleasant young chap named Bayley . He was polite and friendly at all times . I explained to him that I was only looking to change tariffs and he could not have been more helpful . He found me a much better deal for what I wanted .He also told me about new Broadband offers available and new phone deals etc but at this time i did not need these particular services. In a time where good customer service is hard to find I have to say it was refreshing to come across a young man who spoke with such confidence and had good manners and this should be rewarded .
