Bought a lovely car from Larry, he was very helpful & I'm very pleased with the car so far.Apparently the garage has been there years as a friend of mine bought a car off him years ago & has a good reputation. Would of got 5 starts but I wasn't really happy that his grandson delivered the car & forgot" the trade plates."

Purchased a very low mileage/one owner example from this garage and spoke with both owners a few times during the sale, All questions answered promptly and very accommodating in terms of arranging collection. Lots of nice vehicles in stock and plenty of choice for seasoned and new drivers. Car was sold with a 3 month warranty for peace of mind, but was not required. Additional documents were sent out to my home address and the phone was always answered. Although part exchange was offered, I already had a buyer in line for my previous vehicle, so have no experience of this service. Vehicle was clean and tidy throughout and all service records and locking nuts provided. Very relaxed environment and no pushy sales tactics were used.

I purchased a car from this Garage with a personalised number plate on it for my daughter - upon receiving the V5 registration document it showed an entirely different registration number on it. Despite my invoice and receipt for the vehicle showing the private registration number on them. The Director (Austin Taylor) who sold the car to me denied that the number came with the vehicle, despite my wife and daughter being present at the time of purchase when this was agreed. There was no attempt to apologise or offer any recompense. Unfortunately it only goes to reinforces the stereotype of certain second hand car salesman and their lack of morals when dealing with members of the public. A salient lesson for my daughter who had thought what a nice old man he was.

worst customer service I have ever experienced. we drove for two hours to the to the garage as it said on the website they were open until 4.30pm we arrived at 3.50pm and they told us that we had left it a bit late and that they were closing after telling them we had driven for two hours to get to them and that their website advertises them to be open until 4.30pm they just stood there and looked at us like it was our own fault. if you really must use this garage please phone ahead and make sure they are open and that they will still be open when you arrive.

This car dealership chooses to ignore the Sale of Goods Act 2015 relating to the sale of used cars. They will tell you it is out of warranty. Know your rights. Get them to fix the car not you!

Amazing experience, friendly and very helpfulThis garage come advised to myself after a bad experience with a garage only 7 weeks before. I went down and the 2 gentlemen was more than helpful! They asked what my budget was and I explained the situation I was in with a current car. They shown me around all the cars within my price range and was so very helpful. I had my little one with me they catered to mine and her needs fantastically. I could not fault them. I seen a car I was very happy with, I had a good look all throughout the vehicle and they as happy for any checks to be done. It was at the back of the show room but they offered tog et it out for a test drive. Told me to take it for a good drive and get a feel for it. They got a brand new 12 month MOT on it and a 3 month warranty also. The tyres come as an advisory but the gentleman said when I'm ready to go back a'd he will get me a deal on new tyres. Nothing but helpful I cannot thank them enough for all of the help and support they offered to me. Thank you!

Bought a car from them in February. We had 3 months warranty. We discovered the air con wasn’t working within the 3 months. They said that it wasn’t covered. So now we need a whole new air con unit which is going to cost around £400.

Avoid this garage at all costs!Brought a Peugeot, within 8 weeks I have had to have work done on suspension, a leak in raditor, thermostat and hose. Also a major oil leak and pre existing underlying problem. According to my mechanic it is highly unlikely that the garage would not have been aware of this when they sold it to me. Now the garage are aware of these problems they do not answer the phone and are refusing to take any responsibility!!!

Awful ExperiencePlease avoid this dealer at all costs unless you want really bad customer service to be considerably out of pocket.We paid full price for a vehicle in August, this soon developed major problems, fuel system, electrics, drive shafts and clutch, we were told the car had been in good condition and looked after, I suppose the warning signs were there when we picked the car up as it was left on council car park and hadn't even been cleaned. When challenging the owners regarding the countless issues their attitude was quite appalling, they had our money so didn't care about defects on the car. In short car cost £1300, in 3 months repair bill to date £1100, there was the obligatory we will give you your money back, with no offer of paying difference for all the repair work.....no good what soever when you have spent over a £1000 !!!!!They clearly do not check the condition of their vehicles when they come in, this is a serious safety issue....as we found out.Please Please do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere.

What a joke these men are be very careful I bought a car with in 6 hours it all went wrong light up light a Xmas tree. They did repair it but Only as I paid with credit card I was protected they gave me a courtesy car with no tax or MOT which if I got stopped it would of been be that got done for it. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE TWO
