You have hit gold dust. These guys are good. They communicate very well and listen and follow up requests. Better than that they get back to you. The product is well made and they respond quickly. I had an Extreme Launcher 3. It was well made and the instructions for self assembly (saving £85) were easy to follow. They added Bespoke Docking arms too. Even the boss gets involved to get things moving quickly. Even during the boat show they pulled out the stopps for me. Really good and professional.

Love my Extreme Trailer, they are incredible quality and well designed, customer service is unbeatable too!
