Great service again. My laptop had completely crashed and refusing to let me even load up. Problem rectified quickly whilst retaining all my vital information. The hard drive cloned and then a new quicker and bigger version installed. All working perfectly again. Recommended.

Excellent service received. Had an issue with laptop not turning on while we were travelling and found this shop on Google. Very experienced staff. Really pulled out all stops for us as we were desperate to move on. Found the problem, fixed it and at a very reasonable charge.

Sent Laptop and self diagnosed with broken charging points. Fixed no problem. Laptop still wouldn't work. They ordered a new battery to see if that was the problem. Still no luck. Kept in touch with me regularly. They looked for motherboards to replace the one in the Laptop. Phoned and told me that the prices were extortionate and it would be cheaper to get a new laptop. Honest throughout while process. Refused to charge for initial repair. Would definitely definitely recommend if you want an honest diagnosis and excellent job. Thank you for the effort you put in to repair. Will definitely use again.

Andrew and the team are absalute stars. 5 stars does not give them justice. It should be 10. A wonderful family run business which I have used for many years. Don't go anywhere else for your computer needs. They are the best.
