Great musicians, we had an awesome night, one of the best parts of our wedding.

They're simply the best, better than all the rest, better than anyone, anyone i ever met!They haven't lost that loving feeling!These guys were on it from day one - from the day we called to get a quote, we were hooked. Sue was totally great to work with in preparing us and as we planned our evening out meticulously, she was there to answer questions - only ever instilling calm and ease.Then when I asked if there was any chance I could sing a song for my wife, they not only said yes, but offered to help in the preparation - giving great advice on when and how to do it. They even convinced me that getting my best men up to be my backing vocalists would be a great idea - they were not so sure (but it worked)!!The band arrived, and quietly setup, they made no fuss and then when the time came they totally rocked our socks off. The question surely always asked of people in this profession has to be 'was the dance floor ever empty?!' NO WAY - they generously filled it for the whole night! Whats more they impressed our event organiser - who I assume sees band after band after band through the summer wedding months!GREAT!

The cover-ups played at our friends Wedding (Matt and Becky). They are obviously very experienced because they really knew how to keep the dance floor packed out and everyone entertained.They play with energy, skill and passion and its obvious they really enjoy what they do.Really easy to recommend them :)T

The Cover Ups did such a great job at a wedding I was recently at. The band are very talented musicians and performed a fantastic range of songs very well. The dance floor was rarely anything else but packed when they were playing. They were so professional and in my opinion often performed the songs better than the originals!

Looking for a wedding band? Look no further. The CoverUps played at mine and my wife's wedding in August 2013 and they are brilliant.There are so many wedding bands to choose from online that its pretty difficult to know who to choose or where to start. I imagine most people have the same concerns as I did - you pray that the reviews are all legit, that they're organised and aren't going to be divas and, perhaps most importantly, that they're going to sound ace on the night and get everyone dancing.From the word go, we were impressed with The CoverUps - they got everything 100% right.Prior to the wedding, their co-ordinator Sue was amazing - she is so thorough in making sure she answers every question you have and putting you at your ease that all will go smoothly on the day. Responsive, lovely, caring and organised.We went through the repertoire and decided which songs we'd like to be played. They also helpfully were able to provide music in between sets. Best of all they were quite happy to learn our first dance, even though it wasn't on their (extensive) set list.Just like Sue, the lead band member Mike is a gent and top guy. On the day, I had asked the him to liaise with one of the ushers to make sure that all went smoothly. He and the band did exactly that and once they had been showed where they would be playing, they were extremely self sufficient in getting everything ready. They were also very considerate when setting up to not disturb the day and kept noise to an absolute minimum.Then they started to play. Amazing! Brilliant rendition of our first dance. The musicians are genuinely talented and Mike the lead singer has a great voice. I have never seen a group hold everyone on the dance floor from the minute they started playing until they stopped.I can't recommend the CoverUps highly enough. From start to finish, they were outstanding and I wish them all the best for the future.Giles Barron

I saw these guys at a wedding in Cambridgeshire. The were excellent and soon had lots of people up and dancing. Great sound and really nice guys. Heard afterwards how very impressed the bride's parents were with the quality of the band.

I know The CoverUps in two guises;1) They were the wedding band at my wedding and they were fantastic. They got everyone up and dancing, were lovely to me and my wife Jules, and worked really hard to make sure the evening's party was everything we wanted it to be. On top of this all our guests thought they were fab too.2) Since then, I've photographed them lots of times in my capacity as a wedding photographer - hand on heart they have always been brilliant and I always recommend them to any couples I talk to who are thinking about a band - they'll not let you down!So to sum up - lovely people, great musicians and a fabulous band!

Fantastic band - they got everyone dancing at our wedding and we really loved them being there!

The Cover Ups were absolutely fantastic for our wedding in February. The band were great, the dance floor was packed all night and all of the guests from the youngest (4 months) to the oldest (70-plus) had a great time. We also very much appreciated how smoothly all of the organisation and setup went, thanks to the hard work of the band members and their super-professional administrator Sue.

Fabulous!! The CoverUps played at our wedding in July. We found them by searching on the internet for local bands. We emailed and spoke to Mike the lead singer who was really helpful and understood what we wanted. Their playlist is substantial and diverse and they happily catered for our requests - playing songs for all age ranges. Lots of our guests commented on how great they were. These guys are good - very good!Cheers and thanks again.
