The Miller's Daughter
Recently had Sunday lunch here, a bit short staffed, but as a party of eight, we were well looked after. The food was very nice, we were brought plenty of vegetables to help ourselves to. Desert was lovely too. Very reasonably priced for the two courses. We will definitely be going àgain.

Booked a table for 12.30 today. The Xmas market was on so wanted to make sure we got a table. We got there 10 minutes early. We were shown to our table and our order was taken. The food was on the table within about 15 minutes. As usual the food was fantastic. The staff were so friendly. We had the 2 course xmas meal and got a very big plateful of food. Nothing was left by the time we finished. Brilliant service as usual

Wow!! Will definitely visit again. Food was amazing & great value for money. Coffee was also delicious. Staff were lovely. So friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

It is hard to give a proper review as we were attending a friend's wake, but having said that it's a very nice place inside and had lots of staff to look after us. Since this visit we have returned on 2 occasions and it has been a very pleasant experience both times it was for lunch and the service has been excellent and the food was first class.

Just had a home delivery for the takeaway Sunday lunch - everything was absolutely spot on (you need to reheat yourself). The meat was really tasty and there was loads of lovely fresh veg and I can't praise them enough. Best of all though were the helpful staff who took the order and delivered. Thanks so much, we'll be doing that again. And there's a Christmas day option which looks amazing!!

Lovely chilled out pub. We loved the decor and ambience, really cosy sofas and low lighting made for a super relaxed evening. We enjoyed the food too (spring rolls and classic burger). Big shout out to the absolutely lovely Rebecca for whom nothing was too much trouble, so friendly and welcoming, top class customer service. Great pub, we will definitely return next time we're in the area. Ps Thank you Rebecca for recommending Hubbards Hills for a local walk, we went there today and it's gorgeous!.

Just called in for lunch. Food came nicely presented and very tasty. A bit short of staff but girl explained a group had booked at last minute. Didn't make any difference as everyone was catered for and not a long wait. Well done.

What a find. I cannot say anything bad.Staff are so friendly and the food, well if you want a proper home cooked food, this is the place to go.
