Fast online ordering process and collection, makes locating what I need convenient. Delivery is reliable too. Parking can be a bit of problem. But easy to walk around from B&W car park if full. The staff are effecient and polite. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this branch.

Overall a good service at this branch, very handy they got most things you need for projects in stock. Online ordering very efficient and they can turn around items quickly for you on collection. Returns and exchanges hassle free. Just wish they had a bit more courtesy to show products before you buy so you can check that they are suitable for your needs before having to faff around with going back to return them, rather than insisting you go online and check (maybe because of covid they're operating this way)Otherwise good store, the prices are very good considering its not just trade only.

Love Screwfix with a passion. Always such a pleasure purchasing from here. Right from the online website right through to collection is an experience you can only liken to VIP treatment. The products are always what you expect them to be and if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase they normally refund you without any fuss. In particular I like the way you can pay online and then when entering the store you can enter your order number in one of the terminals and regardless of how many people are in the store queuing up your items are brought to you in seconds and off you go. Seemless experience.

Needlessly waiting for 10min whilst only one staff is serving a customer and the rest are having a laugh in the side office. I’ve raised it with the one staff but not convinced much will come of it. Didn’t have time to stick around to report to manager as I was running late to work by this point.

Great service. I was waiting for a while to be served as the other 2 staff members behind the counter were busy but providing a service/ assisting other 2 customers with guidance. However a 3rd staff member noticed it was busy and opened and we'd counter to assist my self and other staff waiting. Friendly team too.

A good Screwfix store that normally has most items in stock and pleasant staff.The reason for the low score is that the wait times to be served can be really long. Which is odd since they are only operating a 'click and collect' service meaning they have already picked all the items.Most occasions, I've waited 10 to 15 minutes in a relatively short queue.I hope they increase their efficiency.
