Do not use this company if you need any balloon designs. One of the most unprofessional businesses I have come across. I had queried some birthday designs with H&H 10 days ago and agreed to have some photos sent across before confirming an order. Little did I know my numerous calls and messages were left unanswered in the days that followed and I was left in complete limbo with a week before my event. My sister even called directly and was lied to, with H&H stating they were very busy and would contact me on the same day. This was on 30/11 and low and behold, no contact was made with me. My event has now passed and I have still not had the courtesy of one reply or any form of apology.Completely unreliable, downright rude and very unprofessional is how I would sum up my experience with this business.

Wonderful service!I have used the company on several occasions and have received excellent service each and every time.I am always popping into the shop to purchase great quality items i need for birthdays, baby showers etc.Definately recommend them, lovely people to deal with.

Fantastic. Highly recommend, wanted a personalised jumper and they worked with me closely to make sure the design was correct and exactly what I wanted. Very lovely people. Extremely fast delivery and over all fantastic service.

Amazing website, great service, genuine party supplies, prices can’t be beaten, trust me I looked.Only found by chance, looking forDear Zoo bubbles, ended up buying everything Dear Zoo branded, for my sons lockdown Birthday (wanted to make it extra special as nobody could attend).Was concerned we’d not receive the items on time but after calling and speaking to the helpful lady, she assured me everything was in stock and would despatch as soon as possible. Not only that I’d forgotten to add some items so did a separate order literally minutes later, but as the second order was under £20 I got charged delivery, however when I spoke to the lady she said she’d waive the delivery charge on the new order, I said it’s fine, she then very kindly added some extras for me (really appreciate it, she even kept to the Dear Zoo theme).Can not thank the lady enough, truly made the Birthday special as I wouldn’t have been able to afford it otherwise.
