Very responsive. It was great to be able to pick up the phone and speak to your solicitor directly. Working in teams, there was good holiday cover too so there were no undue delays. Only 4 stars as the paperwork was a bit tedious and personally I would have preferred more sent by email rather than everything sent by post but that’s probably just a personal preference.
