I came to the UK in 2008 as a visitor and i overstayed. I started making applications to the Home Office in 2009. Between 2009 and 2013, i made four applications by four different Lawyers but every single application was refused by the HO. Someone introduced me to Mr Peer in September of 2013, he looked at my case and he said the case was a difficult one but he agreed to take it up even though the HO had given 28 days to leave the UK and go back to my country.He sent in a fresh application in October of 2013, HO invited me for an interview at one of their offices in Liverpool. My application got refused after the interview. The HO then got back to us to say my interview was unsuccessful, Mr Peer was very upset by their decision and contacted the HO and told them that they need to grant me my status because he did not see any reason why my application was refused.Mr peer is a Lawyer that gives instructions to the HO when he knows that the HO makes unnecessary decisions to refuse people. The HO sent my passport to Mr Peer with my status. He takes his clients cases very seriously and he was and is still available to help me with different things for different people at no extra cost.Excellent communicator, polite and respectful to his clients. I am glad i got to meet him.
