Snug fitted a new conservatory roof for us in May as part of a wider house renovation and what a difference it has made! No hard sell by Eric and excellent communication with John from start to finish. The end result is much lighter than we thought and we can now use it as a proper room. In fact, it is now part of an open plan lounge and kitchen. All the fitters were friendly and hard working and the plasterer was amazing! Any small snagging issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snug to family and friends.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience!!We had a conservatory that we have never used since we moved into the house in 2017. Too cold during winter, too hot during summer plus mould growing on plastic all the time due to the condensation. Wanted to have a roof for a very long time and started to look for the reliable company.SNUG had an amazing reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Mark came for the quotation very quickly, was helpful and professional. Advised on what can be done and how quick, explained the whole procedure. Builders arrived on time, worked very efficiently, left all clean and neat. Plasterer and electrician are both very skillfull. All the family and guests commented on excellent finish of the work.I am very pleased with the job done and can only highly recommend this company for the professional service. Thank you Snug all that dirty polycarbonate gone.No more noise when it rains and we've had some downpours.Snug are professional,polite,neat and tidy.The team were quick and efficient they cleaned up after finishing.The conservatory is cooler in full sun we now use it for mealtimes and entertaining,we are looking forward to be able to use it in winter. Fantastic job start to finish. Poly carbonate roof replaced on our garden room - now made it a part of the kitchen rather than the cold room at the back! The team arrived when they said they would, did a great job, kept us informed along the way and were keen to meet our specifications so that the end product more than met our expectations. Smooth and slick throughoutI can’t praise this company highly enough, from the first contact to completion of the job, everything went so well and all queries were answered with “that’s not a problem “ which is what you want to hear. Phil the fitter arrived about 9am followed shortly by a delivery of the materials required + a skip for all the rubbish etc. Acrylic conservatory roof was removed and replaced with grey slate (looking) roof fully insulated with six internal spotlights on dimmer switch. Very pleased with finished product which only took 4 days to complete (should have been three but the Yorkshire weather intervened) skip disappeared the next day and all is good!
