Superb service from Richard in replacing the consumer unit in a rental property, together with completion of an EICR.Richard inspected the ancient installation, explained exactly what would be required, provided a firm quotation and completed the work efficiently, and provided full regulatory documentation, all within a week, and quicker than I had expected.I thoroughly recommend Richard’s services and would have no hesitation in using RS Electrical again.

We needed some repairs carried out to achieve a satisfactory EICR and Richard came out to quote and offered some advice. We decided to change the consumer unit as part of these works - Richard's quotes are detailed and transparent so it was easy to see which areas were optional and compulsory. Richard was prompt in replying to messages and he made the whole process very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

Richard sorted out two problems with our lighting very quickly. He was punctual, worked neatly, and even left us with some new LED bulbs. I was very pleased with his work, which was very reasonably priced, and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
