Things started ok, had an efficient manager until they left, then management became poor, late orders,wrong supplies recieved, unanswered emails, stressful waiting for supplies when sole cleaner for fifty people plus. Didn't see one manager for ten months, another rarely showed. Working in a group was no better, cliquey, some unsavoury and rowdy staff members, Staff and their relatives working at same site and favouritism, Wages were often incorrect, no resolutions, pastures new is the best option

CS Cleaning came over and cleaned a bungalow for us before we put it on the market. It was in a very dirty state, including inside the drawers and cupboards, the oven and the microwave. They did an amazing job and transformed it throughout. When we checked it after the clean, it seemed like a different building. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing for a house clean.

We have used CS Cleaning for many years and week after week they never fail. Very friendly and efficient staff team. We have also recently had a deep clean done on our bathroom floors and they look brand new. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely diabolical management!, I would not recommend this company as they are unprofessional and rude. Especially the Operation’s manager plus the Area supervisor, I would suggest they need to be retrained in how they conduct them selfs, “especially talking to clients”.

We have used CS Cleaning at TopJump for over a year now and we have had brilliant service and standards since the beginning. The team at CS are very friendly, professional and efficient and are always on hand to answer any queries we have. We have now built a great relationship with them and they are trusted with keys and alarms which makes our life so much easier with the cleaning team allowing themselves access to the building. We recently had a deep clean of the toilets as we were experience some issues with mould, the job completed was incredible and they repainted the areas after they were done. A great company, great staff and couldn't recommend Dan & Adam, as well as the team of cleaners we have here every few days highly enough.

We are Letting Agents and had a full property check out clean done by the CS Cleaning team at one of our high end residential properties. Adam Trew introduced the service to us, and we can confidently say that they had performed beyond our expectations. The clean involved carpet clean, oven clean, windows clean and full property clean. Worst cleaning service ever.Very disappointed with the service received. A “specialist team” was sent to clean fire damage and soot from my house. The cleaners did not fully understand the job and arrived poorly equipped to complete the job. They left it at a very low standard. Not only that, they damaged plug sockets with water which was so severe that if we did not call out an electrician it could of led to another fire. I was already distraught from the fire but now this has added additional stress to the situation.Please do not book this cleaning service unless you want a terrible service.
