Flat Iron
It’s as good as people say! First of all, the customer service was fantastic! Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to advise on the menu based on our preference. The sirloin steak was melt-in-your mouth. The sides were to die for, the truffled mac&cheese was a delight, the beed drippings chips were addictive, the steak sauces were delicious. The free ice cream at the end was very good quality and had a caramel note. Normally when restaurants give you free stuff it’s normally bad quality but at Flat Iron both the free popcorn and free ice cream were great! The prices were reasonable so the overall experience was worth it!

Flat Iron
We had a wonderful time at this Flat Iron when we stayed for a couple days in London. Food is fantastic, Flat Iron steak, Scottish bavette, Crispy bone marrow garlic mash, Creamed spinach, Truffled macaroni cheese and Chips.Also to mention the popcorn as a starter!Excellent. Service very good. The hostess was very kind and of course we had ice cream when we left.Prices are also very good for what you get.Worth recommending! To be honest, a must!!

Flat Iron
Medium rare steak. Was deliciously salted, and the steak was so soft and tender. The food came out really quick.The boys ordered the special sirloin, they said it wasn’t as tender as the Flat Iron steak.

Five of us managed to get a table on Saturday. Had been looking forward to it and it was well worth the wait. Perfect steak, great sides, fast service and an ice cream on leaving! If the others are this good then it's an obvious choice for a steak night.

Delicious flavorful steak. We are room Arizona and this was one of the best meals we had. The flat iron medium rare, mash potatoes, and Mac and cheese were all delicious. My 17yr old and 18yr old loved it too. We preferred the regular flat iron steak than the sirloin. The sirloin is supposed to be a a tad larger but we couldn't tell much and preferred how the regular 13 flat iron steak. It was a bit more flavorful. I was here for 8 days and ate at multiple steak houses and really enjoyed the casual environment and delicious food.

Visited from Paris with my friends and randomly found this lovely steakhouse with great prices considering its location. We didn’t have a booking but we got put on a waiting list and got called back within the next 20 minutes even though reception had said at least 40 minute wait so you can imagine how excited we were.The flat iron steak was one of the best we’ve had in a while. So good that my friend couldn’t shut up about it the next day. The green salad was lovely. Beef dripping fries weren’t beef dripping enough but still very tasty and crispy.Service was good and the decoration, general atmosphere was soooooo cute. The little knife we got at the end coupled with the steak knife are the cutest little additions we’ve seen and pinpoint the identity of the restaurant.Overall, great experience. Amazing food. 10/10 would recommend and return.

Flat Iron
A must go!!!! I am sure all locations are nicely done. What a great concept!! The flat iron is really good. Really good service and full surprises from the arrival to the end! We had the flat Iron with peppercorn sauce and the mac and cheese.This is a must visit place.
