I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from this super company. I needed an iron-framed upright piano moved from a Devon cottage to our home in West Sussex. Lauren quoted an extremely good price, which was adhered to. I spoke to her several times on the phone, and she couldn't have been more helpful. The three men who carried out the delivery (after a very long and difficult journey) were charming: conscientious, cheerful, polite, friendly ... and best of all, they were extremely competent (and strong!) and took the utmost care with our property - especially important as we'd just had decorating done. Nothing was too much trouble and they did a great job. We highly recommend Assured Moves!

I don't know where to start. I contacted Assured moves and Lauren asked if she could call me the following day as they were busy. With only a week's notice Lauren booked me in with the quote. Scott and Chris turned up on time and was so polite. I showed them the job and they was straight on with it. Lauren also got stuck in and before I knew it they was done. At the other end they had two flights of stairs to carry some heavy things to take up. But they didn't moan and again before I knew it they was done. They even asked where I wanted some items put in the living room. They are both a credit to themselves and Assured moves. I would recommend if your moving to contact this company. What originally appeared to be extremely stressful, painstaking and nightmarish, AssuredMoves made sure was easy and comfortable. They were accommodating, polite, pleasant, and very professional. The move was done in a morning, it was quick and efficient, the items were handled with care, everything necessary was provided. Not once during the moving process did I have any concern that something might fall through. Thank you very much!!

I can't say anything but good things, we had to book them on the day of our move as other movers cancelled on us. They turned up within the next hour and were hard working and were amazing people to hang out with all day. I couldn't have asked for better movers. Nothing damaged, all done in good spirits and quickly! As weird as it is to say I am glad our original movers cancelled.

Excellent service from the start to finish. Lauren was professional and kept us updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Packing service and the actual removal went without a hitch, the removal team were great and very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Assured Move to anyone, they took the stress out of our move from Torquay to Saltash in Cornwall. Happy customers, Karen and Mike.

All staff involved were wonderful, courteous, thorough, kind and made the whole experience of moving out and moving in a month later (so my furniture and belongings went into storage with them) almost bearable and really quite fun in parts! Well done team and i would thoroughly recommend Assured Moves.
