Next Level Coaching

I have attended a few great workshops put on by Next Level Coaching, and every time I leave feeling renewed and uplifted. Being a business owner and activist, I feel fortunate to take part in wokshops, like these, to do real self development and inner work. Doing it in such a supportive environment surrounded by other great women on their journeys is always a joy.I loved the last workshop and will be making sure my colleagues attend future workshops.

I really enjoyed the session. The activities were eye opening and I enjoyed the breakout session. I would definately attend the Time to Shine event and recommend it to anyone who wants to take themselves to the next level.

Yaa is a fantastic coach - she is friendly and relatable but is also great at catching your sticking points and helping you notice them. During our sessions she gave me several insights that I have found myself consistently using in my practise since and I have really noticed an improvement in my confidence and resilience from them. I would recommend Yaa as a coach to anyone wanting clear and practical advice for improving your mindset and developing your practise.

I attended one of Yaa's sessions a few years ago. At the time I was in a role I was unhappy with but didn't have the confidence or road map to make the changes I needed. Yaa gave me that. I got so much from just one session that as soon as another became available I went along and It did disappoint. Yaa is a fantastic facilitator, so knowledgeable, open and encouraging. Thank you Yaa. I had 6 coaching sessions with Next Level Coaching this year, and I can't recommend Yaa highly enough. Its helped me in my personal and work life to achieve goals and manage my day to day challenges. I always left each session feeling like I could take on the world and shoulders feeling much lighter. It was very bespoke to me, and each week changed depending on what I needed. I truly believe everyone should have a coach in their life, whether short term or long. Yaa was very easy to speak to, helped me reach solutions on my own, rather than being told.
