My lease was approaching the end and having contacted 6 VW dealerships Ben was the only one who got back to me, it was during the lock down but nevertheless wasn't I lucky! Dealing with Ben has made the whole process very easy and I would say that Ben went the extra mile to achieve my custom and make the whole process easy and quite seamless. If there were any criticism it would be that the franchise could benefit from another Ben, he is super busy! Thankyou for your help and great customer service, we will be back in 3 years!

I received great service from Steve when ordering my Polo GTi, he was always available via phone or email to answer any queries I had or to arrange another test drive while waiting for mine to be delivered. Steve also drove the car over to the Shirley branch for the collection which is closer to my house. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best car rental experience I've ever had!We rented a VW Passat Estate for 4 months and from our first contact to turning in the car the whole process was a pleasure.Steve is an absolute joy to work with. He is super responsive. Send him an email and you actually get a prompt reply.The whole experience is night and day compared to the big rental agencies. When you call - they actually know who you are.After dealing with Steve and Kevin, I could not imagine renting a car from anyone else. Next time we cross the pond this is where we will go. Great job guys!
