Was quoted £387 for brake discs and pads. When I went to collect, I was told only the pads were done (no discs) and was charged £300! This included a £30+ charge for a new wheel nut locking key, when there was already one in the car! Regarding the WNLK, I was ordered show me where in that car the wheel nut locking key is" I then had two members of staff watch me produce it from the car

Friendly well intentioned team. Took 1 week for an MOT. Very poor communication. Did not call, had to call them. Did not run through the problems, suggest solutions, ask if I was happy to proceed or discuss cost. Eventually got some clear answers. Would not recommend.

Recently took my car for a service and MOT. Friendly staff - have great experience and knowledge and were very happy to offer advice. Excellent service, thank you, I would highly recommend. I will definitely use Tonbridge Garage again!
