The Nails Place

went with two friends, i booked earlier and got an appointment the same day, i had lisa and have never had such a lovely nail technician. my friends said theirs were lovely and so friendly and i love my shiny new nails :)

Brilliant nail salon! I'd give more stars if I could. Always really professional and super helpful with advice. Excellent value for money too as prices are really reasonable and great quality products. The whole team are lovely and it's a truly relaxing atmosphere. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for my nails!

Disappointed. I booked an appointment (beginning of April) for end of July. I’ve been told in April that they don’t take bookings in advance but one of member of staff took my contact details and information when I need the appointment for, ensuring me that they will contact me what time is the appointment. Two weeks before appointment I went to the salon and I’ve been told that they don’t know what time would be appointment but again I’ve been told they will call me regarding to the time. A day before appointment, I went again to the salon and I’ve been told that my booking is on a cancellation list and they don’t have availability for tomorrow (a day before important event for me). Also one of member of staff told me that they take bookings only for regular customers. But why she didn’t tell me that in April? I don’t like the way I was treated. I wouldn’t go again there and I wouldn’t recommend this place to other people.

Most terrible place. The made my nails bleed and they were not even sorry. They dont know how to clean nails and they whole staff is very rude. The manager came and was even worse she did not even apologise!!!!! Never go there!

Had my nails done twice now with a Shellac polish. They look great. Staff just super!

I've been having my nails done at The Nails Place in Thornton for nearly 12 months after changing from a local salon, with whom I wasn't satisfied. My granddaughter was having her nails done at The Nails Place and they always looked lovely. I have never regretted the change even though it is not local to me. All the girls are lovely and the the quality of their products is second to none. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. I promise you will not be disappointed with the excellent service you will receive from them.

Had a manicure to tidy up my unkempt cuticles and nails before starting a new job. Alex took care of me and I was very pleased with the result and price. Booking to visit again.

As always brilliant service ,today I had Rachel she was friendly chatty & I felt great with her. Lisa & Lyndsey have a great salon with good staff. Would highly recommend.

I had siatica for more than 14 weeks.I have just been to the nail place and had a massage and acupuncture.1st class treatment very. Professional very clean and a very good price.Highly recommended.10/10.Amazing.
