This company is fantastic !! Karen has always been really helpful with my orders, and gone the extra mile when I’ve made certain requests.I’ve ordered many times and the delivery is really quick, the packaging is excellent and all my jars have always arrived in fantastic condition with no breakages. Please ignore the isolated negative reviews - as in my opinion they are unfair and certainly not a true representation of my dealings with this company !!

I ordered the 250ml marasca bottles and these are not the best quality bottles I've ever had - and I've ordered from a few suppliers. These had a lot of 'mottling' and drip marks.I needed these urgently for an order so had no choice to use some of them.I contacted Karen with images to request that the others were exchanged for better quality bottles and was basically told that unless it was a full box return, they wouldn't do so. Was also told that they were food grade standard, it was part of the manufacturing process and that she couldn't see any issue from the images. However, having ordered hundred of these bottles from other suppliers, honestly - they just look sub-standard in comparison. If I was putting sauces into these bottles, it wouldn't be so bad however I sell these bottles customised and empty so they have to be of a high standard.I'm pretty sure that to refuse an exchange is against distance selling regulations however this doesn't seem to bother this company.Had their willing to work with me regarding my issue been a little more enthusiastic, I would have rated a higher but given the poor customer service and the fact I'm out of pocket with unusable bottles, it leaves a bitter taste.

I've ordered hundreds of jars over the years (first order 10 years ago) and have not received a single broken one.... ever. The packaging is second to none. The price is competitive and I would not consider buying from anywhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! KAREN IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BUSINESS OWNER IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. ORDERED 5 SAMPLE JARS AND THEY CAME IN A RIPPED FOXS SWEET BOX. JARS WERE DIVIDED WITH CUT OUTS OF CRISP AND ALCHOL BOXES. POORLY PACKAGED. ALL OF THE JARS HAVE INDENTS AND MARKS ON THEM APART FROM ONE AND THE BOTTOM OF ALL JARS HAVE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. TRIED TO SAY THERE WAS “ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM” IF I COULD SHOW YOU WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE, YOU’D BE APPALLED! SHE LETS HER PERSONAL EGO GET IN THE WAY TOO MUCH FOR A BUSINESS OWNER. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SAID SHE’LL ONLY REFUND FUNDS FOR THE JARS AND NOT THE DELIVERY ( DELIVERY COST MORE THAN THE 5 JARS) THIS BUSINESS IS VIOLATING THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 AND HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS. NOW SHE IS IGNORING ME BECAUSE SHE KNOWS IM RIGHT. IVE HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK FOR A REFUND. TRUST ME, THE JARS MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY, CHOOSE FROM THE OTHER HUNDREDS OF JAR COMPANIES OUT THERE AND DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD!*response to the replyWhat are you talking about not mentioning my name? How professional are you of a business owner to call your customers cowards? Why have you got time to reply to this to make yourself look good and not reply to my several emails about the refund? You mention your terms and conditions. You LEGALLY need to refund the customer their full amount of money, including the delivery costs, if they want to refund the products. This is under the Consumers Right Act 2015 and was confirmed by the Citizens Advice. Are you really trying to claim that you have better knowledge than they do? They have reported your company to the trading standards and I’m still waiting for my refund and response! Your recent reviews say enough about your company. You mentioning threatening behaviour. Just because I said I will get take further action doesn’t mean I’m threatening you, it means I know my rights as a buyer. I know I won’t be the last customer that has this problem with you. Look at the photos on google and look for the one with red arrows which I’ve posted, now to whoever is reading this, please can you tell me that they are perfect as the owner claims?? I would have uploaded more pictures but It won’t let me. They language and attitude you have used to reply to me is the most unprofessional I have EVER come across from a business & WHERE IS MY REFUND?

I ordered 10 jars regardless of the bad reviews on here as they were cheaper than other places. 3 of them we’re broken and when asked for a replacement or refund, the message I got was “it’s not our fault, it’s the delivery providers fault”

Terrible service, wish I'd taken more notice of the reviewsWrong item sent, no reply from seller regarding this issue and glass that was sent is very poor, typical seconds quality.Response to the reply.By now you should have received the email that was sent and even if that has been missed, you certainly have received the dispute email from Paypal. All rhe details are there, so to claim you have no record is disingenuous.
