I was down from England repairing my daughters bathroom toilet, and im no plumber. I was served by a gentleman from the trade counter who was exemplary in his service , tech support, patience as i was not understanding how things fitted, he was a credit to your company. Many thanks to you from a happy daughter whose toilet system now works fine, England have a lot to learn from the Welsh.
