Came in to sell my gun to upgrade but they had no interest in mine, however, was very helpful, suggested I took a drive around the site. Went and watched some folk shooting out to 1000x yards. Then went to the leisure center, a kind chap showed me around and set me up on a range to play for a bit. Amazing place definitely worth the visit. Steve in the gun shop was very helpful.

Fulton's customer service is so much better nowadays than it used to be. My recent purchases over the last 2 or 3 years have been very pleasant experiences with helpful, polite, and knowledgeable staff. The shop is very conveniently located right next to the NRA office and has a very quiet, traditional atmosphere. And the staff have been very careful with regard to the Covid regulations and wearing of masks which is very good.All in all, very good!

Used Fulton’s to buy my first shotgun and was very happy with the experience.I didn’t feel like I was receiving a sales pitch or judged for my lack of experience. They offer a warranty which is nice for piece of mind and generally came across as reasonable, approachable people.

No interest to sell to a serious buyer. Asked whether the rifle in question was available to which the member of staff could not have been less helpful, even though the exact air rifle was clearly displayed on the rack. Refused to open shop containing which, unless we were essentially going to buy the rifle there and then. Having driven a good distance to the shop, we won’t be doing so again to be refused a look and denied entry because of a salesman that can’t be bothered.

Guys in here are really knowledgeable and will help you get exactly what you need. They could've quite easily have over sold to me what I needed but instead suggested the perfect ratting air rifle. I've since taken out the rats and my neighbours are none the wiser. Thank you guys. I can highly recommend this store.

Really abrasive and rude. Shocking customer service. Obviously doesn't care. My father and I were looking for a new rifle and we were shocked at how unhelpful and rude they were. Very dismissive. The guy smelt weird too.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to buy my first air weapon and was apprehensive that the experience would feel awkward. Very quickly they made me feel at ease and explained everything! They showed me all the options, explained the differences and were not pushy at all. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Would recommend a visit!
