St Cyprian's - Student Accommodation Liverpool

This company is unprofessional and should not be allowed to house students. There has been no hot water in the building since before Christmas and they still expect us tenants to pay full rent. My window was permanently open during the winter months which left me living in a freezing flat which only got fixed last month. No matter how many emails I have sent them, they continue to ignore them or else provide false hope that we may actually receive hot water. I would not recommend living here. While it looks lovely from photos, it is the worst accommodation I have ever lived in and should genuinely be shut down for the wellbeing of future students.

Absolutely do not stay here. This is a warning to any potential students or parents of students thinking of staying here. No hot water for months. Rat infestations. Mould and leaking roofs. And the absolute worst management companies you could ever have. DO NOT STAY HERE. I am a parent. If you need any info please feel free to contact me. Look elsewhere . Don't fall for there glossy ads. This is a genuine review I hope I save some people the mistake of choosing this place. Be warned Xenia lettings are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Absolutely shocking service and take your money and do nothing . Would give minus 10 if I could.

Lovely building with luxury accommodation. Furnishing has been done nicely and is a great place to live whilst studying especially being quite close to the city centre without having the noise of it. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience with Xenia and especially with one of their agent, Rhiannon Mills. The help and support me and my boyfriend have received from Rhiannon throughout the whole moving in journey was top notch and fabulous! We couldn't have asked for a better agent than her and feel truly blessed to have received such constant support from her!

My daughter rents a flat here, The building itself looks okay, But living there is an ordeal, there has been hot water problems here for months and at times no hot water at all and I do mean no hot water, with offers of gym membership up the road so that you can actually get a wash! Really? The bins outside the back door are always overflowing, it is rat infested I've seen the rats there is nobody there to complain to, emails don't get answered, the management is absolutely dreadful. Do not send your children here!

Much work has been done! The Directors of St. Cyprians Freehold Investments Ltd., representing the owners of St. Cyprians, have summarized some of the work carried out during the past year such as:- hot water problems resolved by installation of a brand new hybrid eco-friendly boiler - essential repairs and maintenance carried out on the roof to prevent water ingress - CCTV installed for surveillance of bin area has successfully prevented fly tipping of personal rubbish by residents - extra security cameras to enhance site security - energy conservation planned with the trialing of efficient infra red radiators and Voltage Optimization - the introduction of a welcoming offer for incoming residentsnew to St. Cyprians - a social meal voucher.Also, within the past 2 years the Broadband has been upgraded to suit the needs of students. The outside area has been landscaped in an environmentally manner to include the planting of trees.The owners are working in co-operation with Xenia to improve the site and are taking account of student views - hence the 4 star rating of this review.

Was slightly apprehensive about using this accommodation for my son due to previous reviews however we have had nothing but a good experience. As a mum we worry and the 2 very minor issues we had were dealt with promptly and I even received a phone call off a lady called Rhiannon that evening (I suspect after she had officially finished) to tell me they were done incase my son hadn’t been in touch. He is now very settled and I feel confident him being there.

Hot water was unavailable for months. Don’t order parcels because the office manager will lock them in the office despite multiple requests for them to be left out in a safe location. Awful company, would not recommend to anyone to live here. Management do not care about their residents and threaten to keep your deposit despite failing to provide the basics.
