Just got home after having my son's birthday party at Ryze Edinburgh. I booked the Pizza Party and 2 hours of jumping.I couldn't fault the Event Coordinator/s after only giving them a few days notice to book the party. Had difficulty on the site to book for ages ranging from 2 up to adult, I contacted the events coordinator through email and they took my booking online, sending an email with all options to choose from. From first contact to being fully booked, was only a day and a bit. Quick responses to my email which took away any stress from me in trying to get it sorted. On arriving at Ryze, we had no issue from beginning to end. Our host Mia was magnificent. Showed us to our party room and taking my partner to the lift for the pram and not just pointing where it was. Small things like these make a big difference. She was extremely helpful all the way through, checking up on us during our 2 hours of jumping and then when we were in the party room. Topping up our juice before it was empty, making sure we weren't without anything. She genuinely made the experience perfect. She also took the time to talk to my son about his birthday which was very much appreciated.Food arrived in great time and everyone was well fed. Couldn't get the ice poles but we were offered ice cream which went down a treat. Will definitely do it again for future parties!!!Thanks again to all the team for a stress free and really enjoyable time!

Been coming here regularly for a while now. Price for a jump is actually worth it. The staff in the trampoline area try get the kids involved as much as possible in games they put on (such as dodge ball).Prices however in the cafe have gone up very quick in the last so long this is what let’s the place down which is a shame. They used to be very reasonable and we used to quite like having a coffee whilst the children were playing and the kids would have a slush, but at £4 a time (a slush) recently we’ve had to stop this due to the hike as they have doubled in price. Lose a star due this reason or the place would be perfect.FREE carpark near the entrance with quite a lot of space. There’s even disabled spaces for those that are needing them.FREE wifi too. They show the password at the entrance when you walk in.If thinking of booking a party here there’s private rooms they have for these, great venue to host one. They even have party plan options to choose from.Overall, if you miss the cafè out on your visit, it’s still a good hour or so for the kids.

My grandkids loved this place my granddaughter had a major nose bleed and the staff were absolutely outstanding with her. I feel sorry for the cafe staff as no one seems to see the bins for customers use?. All in all a superb visit we will be back. Thanks Ryze staff from reception to cafe and first aid you guys were outstanding!

A great place to let the kids run free for a while, and they’ll sleep well afterwards! We brought 7 here, got them signed in quickly and then kicked back while they explored. There’s a big range of bouncy things for them to throw themselves around on, and a few extras that you can pay for.The cafe is a bit basic and slow, but you’re not coming here for fine dining. When you leave, there’s great views of the pentlands!

I love bringing the kids here. We have monthly passes and are well worth the money. Two visits pay for your pass. It's very large inside with multiple areas, plenty of seating. Cafe onsite, which has nice food, we've tried a fair amount of what the cafe has to order. I would suggest booking online to ensure your children's entry, plenty of parking including blue bays

Didn’t want to give even one star. My daughter and her friend have monthly passes and have so for well over a year. Used to be great for the girls to meet up and jump, until recently when another Ryze member was allowed to slap and drag my daughters friend with the hair, also 3 adults close by told us a staff member was laughing. I am very disappointed more because the girl faces no consequences and wasn’t even barred for a period of time. She was also 3 years older than the girl she assaulted. I have now cancelled my daughters membership as this was unbelievable… In all honestly I hope the place closes it’s become a magnet for unruly teens that their parents can’t be bothered watching. Poor Ryze, just poor!
