Osborne Court

The lift broke down and I was stuck in it with another person I shouted help many times and as I suffer from claustrophobia and anxiety and panic attacks I was in a really bad situationI pressed the call button and was just asked my name if I was a resident and then told they would call the fire brigade to helpAt this time I couldn't breathe properly and told the woman this and she should just get someone outside the lift to press a button to try to move itAfter about 5 more minutes a woman who I had come to see pressed the lift buttons because I still had her keys that she had given me to get in the front doorOverall the place is nice and clean and tidy and the residents seem quite happyThe 1 star I have given is for the person on the end of the call button in the lift who didn't seem to have any idea about how to reassure and calm a person down who is in a bad place suffering from a panic attack the residential home is probably one of the nicest ones I have been to just Fix the lift please before an elderly person gets stuck and has a heart attack I've heard off a resident the lift has been dodgy" for quite some timeLift and calming skills 1starHome and residents 5 stars"

Well run and professional staff. It's a residential building for the over 55's...

That's were I work

The rooms are rather small with very little space for furniture or personal processions. The building and facilities were of a good standard and well soundproofed . I would also say the staff are second to none but unfortunately the rooms just did'nt allow for personal effects.
