Staff are always very friendly and professional here. Last time I went to make a deposit, a friendly lady took the time to make sure everything had gone smoothly, and even engaged in some general conversation which I thought was very humane of her.More staff like this place would make for such a welcome high street experience that I think is somewhat missing in this day and age.

The teller was very nice.I sat down waiting for someone to come and help me. I was then ignored by multiple members of staff.I don't know why but I'm not at all happy with the customer service from this store.Satisfactory at best.

I've haf to giv 1 star to leave review!..Terrible service waited over 30mins for telephone call to be answered had to trips to the building society and 10 days later still waiting for a pin reminder so i can get my money!!!!

They sent me a pass number and when I enter it the the code they text you with it says that it is wrong I can't get Internet banking and when you go to the branch they don't allow you to go inside I phoned for help and the person on the other side said have you tried logging in to you bank I thought what I'm trying to set up Internet banking how can I login even though I had all the correct information it wouldn't let me

A bit busy, but I was soon able to get to cash machine and then get help about my telephone app. Very efficient.

Asian lady working front of door Wednesday very sharp when speaking to customers and unhelpful to a disabled lady who could not stand very well.Other customers trying to help this lady who was disabled she was a job worth who needs customer service training and people skills.

I recently went with my frail old Mother to sort out some account issues. She doesn't speak too much English so I had to come along. We were told by a lady to take a seat, and within 2 minutes we were seen by another lovely lady with dark hair (I think her name was Katie). She was incredibly helpful and sorted out not only the account issue we had, but arranged for other things we requested very promptly and efficiently. Katie made us feel welcome and valued, she was very patient and bent over backwards to provide a great service. I wish all banks were like this! My Mother is a very picky woman, but even she was impressed with Katie. Thank you very much Katie - we'll definitely do more business with Nationwide as a result and appreciate the friendly customer service! Keep up the good work.
