Absolutely diabolical customer service. Sit on their phones while you are waiting to be served then talk to you like you're asking for a kidney before taking your money for a shoddy job that doesn't work and then get abusive and aggressive when you ask for a repair. DO NOT give these dog robbing scum your hard earned money! There are much better shoe repaired and key cutters in the Octagon who treat you politely and don't try to rip you off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTAL SCUM

Very good service with polite friendly bubbley staff it’s nice to go in and see and speak to nice people. The work is carried out to a high standard with every detail taken into account. I have watch and car key remote batteries changed here as the service is second to non. I recommend anyone wanting there shoes repairing or keys and batteries changed I’d recommend these people.

I'm giving one star because I can't review unless I give one - one star is not deserved. The service given is appalling I asked for commando sole to be fitted to a quality pair of shoes - the job they did was to glue and staple a rubber heel and sole! Looks terrible - isn't what I asked for and has ruined the expensive shoes. Luckily found a place in Derby who can repair the damage. By the way asking for an explanation/refund for shoddy work is not being 'rude'. They wanted to charge a further £70 to carry out the repair I originally asked for! Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Awful ! I took in a pair of Italian leather dancing brogues with hand stitched leather soles for new heels and soles. £25 later I've got a pair of shoes with stick on plastic soles without any stitching being repaired as I was told it was only 'decorative'. I'd have been better off buying new shoes ! No care whatsoever.
