We have not had a good experience with this company. They installed a number of fire doors at my business which were not completed satisfactorily. Many of the doors did not pass a subsequent inspection. Many of the holds do not work or close randomly. They left the building in a complete mess after the job and damaged a lot of existing paintwork and doorframe.They did come to complete remedial work, however many of the problems and damage to doorframe remain. Following the remedial work, they did not return our keys for an extended length of time.I would not hire this company again.

Very, very pleased: an excellent business to deal with. I needed to have a replacement front entrance door (for a flat) -- fully fire compliant etc. LFD offered an excellent price, very straightforward to deal with them, prompt replies to emails -- nothing to complain about at all. The new door needed to exactly match the colour of the door being replaced -- accomplished without difficulty. The engineer arrived on time and the job was done in under four hours. Very little noise and very little mess (all of which was properly cleaned up). I'm very, very satisfied.

I don't recommended this company at all. For my installation technician has been 1.5 hour late. Installed door hasn't been adjusted correctly so automatic closing system was slamming the door so badly. Letter box doesn't close properly technician didn't spot this?. The door has been damaged and chipped in instalation process. There is massive gap underneath the door and lights coming along the frame. For price +£1000 you would expected better quality job. Honestly stay away from this company you will save yourself lot of hassle.Rectifying work has been carried out with low quality outcomes. Varnish didn't matched properly. Uneven gap on bottom. Chipped on top. Scratches on side still present. Door were cut 17mm short of the bottom and has been patch with some wood piece stick to the lino floorPicture provided.

Stacey was so incredible and helpful with the organisation and ideas for fitting a door on a flat that needed repairing to a fire regulation compliant door, I highly recommend them, and especially Stacey ! The fitters were punctual and efficient and very polite and they came back and painted the doorstop for me, again a booked appointment and they turned up as promised on time. Absolutely fantastic

The whole team at London Fire Door Company are excellent. I have had a new fire door fitted on my flat by them, and they were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Really friendly, responsive, reliable, and the door is great quality and looks lovely. I feel so much safer now that my old door has been replaced by one that conforms to all the relevant fire safety standards, and I have a certificate to prove the standard of door and installation. The whole team worked really hard when they were here, finishing late and coming back to make sure everything was perfect. Really nice to have around: polite, cheerful and friendly. Thanks so much to you all!
