Very helpful on the phone to make sure I had the right hose adapter for my new Ebara sump pump. Even without paying extra for next day delivery my new pump arrived within 24 hours of my phone call! Excellent service so would use them again.

Whisper Pumps are incredible. Two years ago they supplied me with the exact version of my old bore pump which had failed, assembled all the fitting parts needed, gave me a thorough tutorial on how to suspend it and wire in the switch and bingo - it worked first time. And has been working perfectly for the last two years. A rare business with charm and expertise. If there were seven stars to award Whisper would be worth every single one.
