Faultless service from this company. I phoned them in the morning and they came out early afternoon as promised. They took time to properly fix the door making sure it was as good a repair as they could possibly do. I recommend them without hesitation.

A small friendly family business but with a wealth of experience and professionalism. From a phone call with a price on Monday morning to complete satisfaction of a window unit cleaned serviced and handle renewed on Tuesday morning. Always difficult to find trustworthy tradesmen but I would 100% recommend Window & Door Doctor. Thank you again for your prompt service and peace of mind.

Our sliding patio doors are at least 30yrs old and were seized up. Phoned up on Monday morning, Mike and Graham turned up like the Ghostbusters!Wow, do they know their stuff. Stripped and MENDED the mechanism, replaced and tidied up. Most tradesmen would probably insist on a new door, these guys actually mend!Top job, thoroughly recommend them. Call the Door Doctors!!

Living in Wrea Green I wasn’t sure if they would come out and repair my jammed patio doors but not only did they come out but Mike and Graham did a fantastic job. They fixed the seized locks, cleaned and realigned the door and also my other patio door, for which they didn’t charge. I would recommend them without hesitation and, as a bonus, they are really nice guys, whose company I enjoyed.

Brilliant service from a local company. From my first contact with Anne who arranged the appointment and advised she would text me when Mike was going to arrive, to the professional job completed by Mike and Graham. Would not hesitate to recommend and use this company again

Absolutely fantastic!From the first call with Anne to Mike coming to fix my windows, the service was brilliant. His knowledge was very impressive along with a kind and trustworthy personality, he was a pleasure to have in my house. This has immeasurably improved our home life. Great service. Came out within a couple of days from contact. Good communication, information and very pleasant & knowledgeable. We had 2 fairly old windows that would not open. Despite it not being a simple fix the Window & Door Doctor resolved for us that day. So pleased with the service and would highly recommend. thanks again!

We moved into our bungalow five weeks ago and the double glazed door has seen better times. Rang and spoke to Anne at just after 9 o'clock and Mike and Graham were here working on our very old door by 12. They did a great job and the door closes and locks properly for the first time in I should think about twenty years. Very friendly, knowledgeable guys, who I would be happy to recommend to anyone. Many thanks, great job.

Mike.just finished repairing a nightmare job of freeing a.jammed back door....he uncovered a skip load of unforgiveable faults on the original job which he rectified impressively ...would recommend his work to anyone in a similar predicament. thank you Mike and Ann x
