Called this morning to ask for help and advice on finding the growth company that probation have sent me to. Been from Rotherham and never using the growth company before I had no clue on where to go as the Google map directed me to Sheffield job centre (witch is 2 min round the corner from where I needed to be) I called and spoke to penny Graham who was very rude. Upon an answering the phone penny stayed silante and never said hello so I new the call had been answered she was sat in silence waiting for me to speak first. When I did and asked for help and advice I was pritty much told that it wasn’t her problem and she wasn’t there so what could she do about it. She was very rude and spoken to me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. I am on probation for a driving offence not for murder there was no need for the way the thort she could speak to me talking down to me thinking she is better because she is a probation worker and I am on probation. I will be putting in a formal complaint against penny and I hope the phone calls are recorded too so it can be played back for my defence. Disgusting behavour think she needs some lessons in how to speak to people professionally and not talk down to them like something on the bottom of her shoe that she’s just stepped in!
